Residing in Springfield, NJ, Mr. Poltrock has shared 41 years of marriage with his wife, a testament to his commitment both professionally and personally.

Patrick Terborg
Patrick Terborg brings more than two decades of experience in finance and real estate development, with a proven track record of transforming large-scale urban sites into thriving mixed-use communities. As Managing Member of TD+Partners since 2012, he has led multiple high-rise adaptive reuse projects and structured complex transactions utilizing LIHTC, NMTC, and other financing tools to revitalize blighted areas. Patrick also serves as Managing Member of Hilltop Partners, LLC, overseeing a $200M mixed-use development in Essex County totaling over one million square feet, alongside other significant projects in Hudson and Bergen counties. His background includes senior financial roles at NYU Wagner, Blackstone 360, and Computershare, equipping him with deep expertise in financial structuring, acquisitions, and government relations.
